Sustaining Members Night

Greetings,

Well, here we are coming up to our Sustaining members meeting. This has become one of my favorite meetings of the season & this year should be no exception. Along with all of our Sustaining members having their displays & showing their wares we also have our poster contest. This year will be the third year for this. If that wasn't enough, our speaker should be very entertaining & informative. Charles Jenckes will give us all an insight on materials and engineering in what is the fastest growing sport in the nation, NASCAR racing.
Please remember, we are still forming committees for this coming '05-'06 year. If you have never served on a committee, this is a great opportunity to learn more about what our chapter does & how we do it. If you have interest in any of the committees or projects we as a chapter work on, please contact Travis Nelson or me.
I would like to take this opportunity to mention to everyone that Lou Liebel will be stepping down as our Fellowship & Registration Chairman. Lou has been a solid supporter of the chapter for many years & has been "Mr. Reliable" at the registration table. He will be sorely missed greeting everyone when they arrive. This month when you arrive & register for the meeting, please say hi & thank you to Lou for all his faithful service to the chapter for many years. If you would be interested in taking over this position for next year, please let Travis or me know. This is a great opportunity to meet every person that attends each meeting!

See you at the April Meeting,

Scott Nyce
2004-2005 Chairperson
